About Zac

My own breakthrough moment was 14 days without food.

Perth kid. Rudolf Steiner school. Couldn't spell my own name until I was ten. Became a health obsessive, then an actor, then a network builder, then a podcast host, then a founder. Every version of me has run on the same fuel: get the strategy right, get the people right, and the room does the rest. The fast was the moment all of it clicked.

The short version

Perth. Sydney. Dubai. The long way round.

I grew up in Perth, Western Australia. My mother ran a naturopathic health and wellness business. My father was an actor, entrepreneur, and investor. Two step-dads, one a yoga teacher and one a psychotherapist at his own leadership & personal development company. By the time I was a teenager I had been exposed to more ideas about how humans work than most people encounter in a lifetime. I had no idea what to do with any of it yet.

I went to a Rudolf Steiner school and struggled badly with learning. Reading, retention, spelling. I didn't know how to spell my own name until grade four or five. That taught me something I have never forgotten: the problem is almost never intelligence. It is almost always the wrong method.

Rudolf Steiner schooling taught me the fundamentals of holistic living and cultural community building. I would not be where I am today without it. I cannot recommend that style of education enough.

When I was young, someone I loved went through a psychosis. The family split apart. We moved from Perth to Sydney to start over. Watching someone I loved fight their own mind from the inside was the moment I became obsessed with understanding how human beings actually work. Not as a theory. As a necessity.

You don't need to be a genius to change. You just need the right strategy, the right support, and the right community.

The arc

Actor. Network builder. Founder.

01

The first mentor

At 17 I got my first mentor. He taught me about food, movement, posture, and mindset. He said one thing that changed how I saw everything: you don't need to be a genius to change. You just need the right strategy, the right support, and the right community. I have tested that idea with tens of thousands of people since. It still holds.

02

Acting and Broth Night

In my twenties I got an acting agent, appeared on Home and Away, and fell in love with creative expression. I also noticed where the path I was on was heading. So I built something different. A community event called Broth Night. Bone broth, veggie stew, ecstatic dance, live DJs. No drugs or alcohol. Started with seven people in my garage. Grew to 120. We ran 26 of them.

03

Network marketing

Then network marketing. Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Robert Kiyosaki. I built a team of 4,000 people in my first company. Then 10,000 in my second. What I fell in love with was not just the financial freedom and the residual income. It was the model. A system that could take someone who had seen only a dark road ahead of them and give them a different outcome.

The collapse

Five years ago it all collapsed. Then I did fourteen days on water.

Business gone. Relationship over. Faith somewhere I could not find it. A friend invited me on a water fast. I said yes because I had nothing else. I planned five days. I did fourteen.

By day seven the noise had stopped. By the end I understood myself in a way I never had before. Not fixed. Reset. Everything I have built since traces back to those fourteen days.

That fast was my insight. Rebuilding with entrepreneurs & a network marketing model was the decision. This work, the podcast, the mastermind, the system, is the action. The completion is in front of me, daily. The reflection is what I bring into every conversation I have with a founder. Five stages. The same loop. Run a thousand times.

Entrepreneurship done right is one of the most powerful forces for good on the planet.

When it is done right it creates work, wealth, and meaning. It gives people a reason to get up. But most entrepreneurs are building something remarkable while slowly destroying the only body and mind they have to do it with. I have watched it happen to people I respect. I have done it to myself. The work I do now exists because of what I learned in those broken years.

What I do now

Four offers. All connected.

The mission

Build the network. Tell the stories. Help people find their assignment.

The Breakthrough Podcast exists because if you hear enough stories of people who did it against the odds, you stop thinking you are the exception. The Breakthrough Mastermind exists because the right room changes everything and most people are in the wrong room. The 10x Operating System exists because real change starts with identity, not a to-do list. And Find A Podcast exists because the fastest way to build authority is to get your story in front of someone else's audience. It all connects. When you align to what you are actually here to do, the rest follows.

Proverbs 29:18

Where there is no vision, the people perish.

That is the question every breakthrough starts with. If you want a room where it gets taken seriously, the Mastermind is where it happens.
