The room

Twelve to fifteen founders. This is who is already in.

The directory is the room made visible. Find someone your network needs.

.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."

Proverbs 27:17

Proverbs 27:17 is not a metaphor about friendship. It is a description of how transformation actually works. Two pieces of iron. In contact. Under pressure. Neither stays the same. The mastermind is that contact. Weekly. Consistent. By design.

The mastermind principle

Two or more minds working in harmony toward a definite purpose create a third mind.

Napoleon Hill studied the most successful people who ever lived and found one thing they all had in common. Every single one of them was part of a mastermind. Not a networking group. Not a course. A mastermind. A small group of people committed to thinking together, challenging each other, and holding each other to the vision they declared.

That is what this is. Not a place to learn. A place to think. The breakthroughs do not come from me. They come from the collision of minds in the room.

Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. But most entrepreneurs are thinking in circles. Same problems. Same perspective. Same results. You do not need more information. You need a room full of people who think differently than you do.

Think and Grow Rich

Napoleon Hill's 13 principles.

Hill spent 20 years interviewing the wealthiest, most successful people on earth. Carnegie, Ford, Edison, Rockefeller. He distilled everything into 13 principles. Not theories. Laws. The mastermind principle is one of them. Every session in this room is built around the full stack.

01

Desire

The starting point of all achievement. Not a wish. Not a hope. A burning, specific, obsessive desire for a defined outcome. Vague goals produce vague results. This room sharpens the desire until it has an edge.

02

Faith

The visualisation of, and belief in, attainment of desire. Faith is not passive. It is trained. It is built through evidence, repetition, and being around people who have already done what you are trying to do.

03

Auto-Suggestion

The medium for influencing the subconscious mind. What you repeatedly tell yourself becomes your operating system. The room helps you audit the narrative running in the background and rewrite the ones that are costing you.

04

Specialised Knowledge

General knowledge has no real value. Organised, applied knowledge in a specific field does. The mastermind accelerates your access to specialised knowledge through the combined experience of every founder in the room.

05

Imagination

The workshop of the mind. Synthetic imagination recombines existing ideas. Creative imagination reaches beyond what is known. Both are trainable. Both are required. Most people use only the first and wonder why they feel stuck.

06

Organised Planning

The crystallisation of desire into action. A plan without accountability is a wish. A plan inside a mastermind becomes a commitment. Every session produces a next action, not just a conversation.

07

Decision

The mastery of procrastination. Hill found that successful people make decisions quickly and change them slowly. The room creates the conditions where the decision becomes irreversible because someone else is watching you make it.

08

Persistence

The sustained effort necessary to induce faith. Most people quit at the point just before the breakthrough. Persistence is not stubbornness. It is knowing what you are building is real, and having a room that reminds you when you forget.

09

The Master Mind

The coordination of knowledge and effort between two or more people in a spirit of harmony. Hill called this the driving force. Not a tactic. A principle. The third mind that forms when the right people are in the room together.

10

Creative Energy

The transmutation of energy into focused creative output. Your drive, your urgency, your passion: these are not problems to manage. They are fuel to redirect. The room helps you point that energy at the right target.

11

The Subconscious Mind

The connecting link between finite thought and infinite intelligence. Your subconscious acts on what it is fed. Feed it clarity, vision, and the evidence of people succeeding around you and it begins to work on your behalf around the clock.

12

The Brain

A broadcasting and receiving station for thought. Your environment shapes your thinking more than your willpower does. This is why the room matters. Who you are around determines what your brain receives and what it sends out.

13

The Sixth Sense

The door to the temple of wisdom. Hill called this the apex of the philosophy. The point where preparation, desire, and faith combine and the right answer simply appears. You cannot force it. You can only create the conditions for it. The mastermind creates those conditions.

Revenue strategy. AI and automation. Sales and closing. Decision making. Mindset. Financial strategy. Special guest sessions.

Be honest with yourself

Who the room is built for, and who it isn't.

You belong here if

- You have a real business and you are ready for your next level.

- You can see the breakthrough but you have not figured out how to get there yet.

- You give as much as you take and you show up when you say you will.

- You want to refer business to people you trust, and have business referred to you.

Do not waste your time if

- You want to sit in the back and observe.

- You are not open to having your thinking challenged.

- You disappear when the work gets uncomfortable.

- You are looking for a course or a community to lurk in. This is a room. Show up or do not.

How you get in

Three steps. No fluff.

01

Tell me what you are building

Short application. I want to know who you are, what your breakthrough looks like, and what you bring to the table.

02

Quick call with me

We talk. I want to make sure you are right for the room and the room is right for you.

03

Your first breakthrough

Voice channel invite, referral directory, and your first mastermind session. Come with your challenge. Leave with your plan.

How to enter

Application only. By design.

The room is the community. Every founder in here is vetted personally. That is what makes the referral network work, the voice channel real, and the call worth showing up for.

Next call: coming soon. If your application clears in time, that is your first session.

You are probably wondering

The questions people actually ask.

How long are the sessions?

60 minutes. Structured. You bring one challenge or one opportunity. The group works on it with you. You leave with a plan. Every session is designed so you have a breakthrough before you leave.

How does the referral network work?

Every member sets a referral percentage on their services. If I send you a paying client, you pay me that percentage. If you send me one, I pay you. No middleman, no platform fees. Just people looking out for each other.

What makes this different from other masterminds?

Most masterminds are networking events with a fancy name. This one is built on the mastermind principle from Think and Grow Rich. Two or more minds in harmony create something none of them could create alone. We use the six higher faculties. Every session is designed around a breakthrough, not a presentation.

What happens after I apply?

You book a call with me. We have a real conversation. If we are both feeling it, you are in that same week. If the next Tuesday call lands inside the window, that is your first session.

Bob Proctor

The six higher faculties that separate you from every other species.

Proctor spent 60 years teaching what Hill discovered. Six mental faculties that every human being has, and almost no one develops. This room trains all six.

I.

Imagination

The ability to form images and ideas in the mind not present to the senses. Where the business you have not yet built already exists. Train it and the gap between where you are and where you are going shrinks.

II.

Intuition

You have felt the pull. The thing you know but cannot fully explain. Intuition is not a feeling. It is a faculty. It sharpens with use. The mastermind gives you a room that validates it and helps you act before the window closes.

III.

Will

The ability to hold one idea on the screen of your mind to the exclusion of all outside distractions. Decision is made once. Commitment is made daily. The voice channel exists because will compounds inside the right structure.

IV.

Perception

The problem is never the problem. It is how you are seeing it. Twelve founders in the room means twelve angles on your situation. Perception is the lever everything else moves on. Change the lens, change the result.

V.

Memory

Your story is an asset. The pattern in your wins tells you exactly where to move next. The room helps you read it. You stop treating your breakthroughs like accidents and start treating them like a map.

VI.

Reason

Emotion starts the engine. Reason steers it. The room challenges your thinking without attacking your identity. You leave with better questions and cleaner decisions. The kind of clarity that makes the next move obvious.

The ancient model

The mastermind is not a modern idea. It is the oldest model there is.

The most transformative movements in human history were built by small groups of committed people who met regularly, reasoned together, held each other accountable, and moved in the same direction. Jesus operated this way. Paul operated this way. The early church operated this way. The marketplace was not incidental. It was the point. Breakthroughs do not happen in isolation. They happen in rooms.

Paul in the Agora

Paul arrived in Athens, the intellectual capital of the ancient world. He did not wait for an audience to come to him. He went to the agora, the commercial marketplace, every single day and reasoned with whoever showed up. Merchants. Traders. Philosophers. Curious strangers. The message spread not from a podium but from daily, repeated, honest conversation in the middle of commerce.

The mastermind connection: The room is the agora. Different businesses, different blind spots, different experiences. All reasoning together until the answer the individual could not find alone becomes obvious to the group.

"He reasoned in the synagogue and in the marketplace day by day with those who happened to be there."

Acts 17:17

The Parable of the Talents

Three servants were given talents according to their ability. The one who received five doubled them. The one who received two doubled them. The one who received one buried it in the ground. His explanation: "I was afraid." Not lazy. Not incompetent. Afraid. The master called him wicked and removed what he had been given, handing it to the one who had ten.

The mastermind connection: You cannot bury your talent in a room that sees you. Accountability removes the conditions for fear. The weekly call is the mechanism that keeps the talent in motion, not buried.

"For to everyone who has, more will be given. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away."

Matthew 25:29

Zacchaeus: The Founder Who Climbed a Tree

Zacchaeus was chief tax collector, wealthy, and shut out. He could not see Jesus because of the crowd, so he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore tree. He removed every barrier between himself and the encounter he knew he needed. Jesus looked up, called him by name, and said he was coming to his house. That single encounter restructured Zacchaeus's entire life and ledger. He gave half his wealth away and repaid anyone he had wronged four times over.

The mastermind connection: Most founders are waiting for the breakthrough to find them. Zacchaeus went and got it. He positioned himself. One encounter with the right room changes everything.

"Today salvation has come to this house."

Luke 19:9

The Early Church: The First Mastermind

After Pentecost, the early church did not scatter. They met daily. They shared resources, ate together, reported back, and held each other to the vision. They sold property and gave to anyone who had need. The result was not just spiritual: the community grew exponentially, daily. The model was not a weekly service. It was a living, accountable, resource-sharing community that moved together.

The mastermind connection: The voice channel is the daily gathering. The referral network is the resource sharing. The call is where strategy is set. It is the same model, 2,000 years on.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

Acts 2:42

Solomon Asked for One Thing

When God appeared to Solomon and offered him anything, Solomon did not ask for wealth, long life, or victory over his enemies. He asked for a discerning heart. The wisdom to make good decisions in complex situations. God gave him that, and then gave him everything he did not ask for as well. The record of Solomon's reign is not just spiritual: he became the wealthiest, most influential leader of his era, and nations came to him for counsel.

The mastermind connection: The founders who build the most are rarely the most gifted. They are the ones who prioritise the quality of their thinking above everything else. Wisdom compounds. The room is where you get more of it, faster.

"For lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisers."

Proverbs 11:14

Two Are Better Than One

Ecclesiastes 4 is one of the most practical passages in all of scripture. Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labour. If one falls, the other lifts them up. But the person who is alone when they fall has no one. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. This is not poetry. It is operational wisdom. The solo founder is the single strand. The mastermind is the cord.

The mastermind connection: Every founder hits a wall. The question is not whether you will need someone to lift you up. It is whether you have built the room before you need it.

"Two are better than one. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

The application takes 3 minutes. The call takes 15.
