Most people lose their best ideas between Tuesday and Sunday. The 10x OS catches them. Daily check-ins, partner pairing, AI coach. Built around how the brain actually changes.
Beta v1.0 / one-time / 30-day full refund / ~30 min setup
You have the document. You can recite the three habits. You can describe the person you are becoming in clean sentences. On Sunday night you re-read it and feel the gap between who the plan describes and who actually showed up this week.
This is not because you are undisciplined. Habit apps didn't save you because habit apps count streaks. Journals didn't save you because journals require you to open them. The plan itself didn't save you because documents don't run weeks.
What was missing was cadence. A coach that pings at 11am when you are drifting. A partner whose scoreboard sits next to yours on Sunday. A grace token that stops one bad Wednesday from turning into a quiet quit. A 9pm ritual that takes four minutes and closes the loop. A recovery protocol for when (not if) you miss a day.
You get to choose the cadence and speed of your life. Especially as AI impacts everyone, we can use it as a tool to refind our clarity, focus, and accountability. This is how you install that system.
I write plans. Beautiful ones. Years of them. Life vision docs, 12-month goals, quarterly OKRs, a Life Blueprint. Every iteration I'd write the sharpest version yet and re-read it on Sunday thinking "this one is it."
And then Monday would eat it. A two-hour call at 10am. A "quick" stop into email that ate the morning. By Wednesday the plan was a tab I felt guilty about. By Friday it was a tab I avoided. By Sunday I'd blame the plan, not the system around the plan, and start writing a sharper one.
What I'd built wrong for years was the assumption that a good document generates a good week. It doesn't. The document is a map. You still need boots, pace, a partner, a recovery protocol, and the willingness to keep walking after a wrong turn. I'd never built any of that.
So I built it. Five rounds. Four touchpoints a day. One partner. Three accountability objects. A grace token. A recovery protocol. A 30-minute Sunday audit. Thirty days of testing on myself. It's the first thing I've built that survived contact with a real week.
This is the beta. $197, one-time. I want it stress-tested on lives other than mine.

You get to choose the cadence and speed of your life. Especially as AI impacts everyone, we can use it as a tool to refind our clarity, focus, and accountability.
Every line in this system exists because something else broke. This is what was left.
6am Ignition. 11am Pulse. 5pm Push. 9pm Close. Every ping is a ritual, not an interruption. More than this and the coach becomes noise you mute.
Fixes / habit app fatigueYour coach speaks in the same voice as your Blueprint document. Adult. Direct. Calls out drift without shame. Celebrates specifics, never generics. Never cheerleader. Never drill-sergeant.
Fixes / AI coach that sounds nothing like youEvery day the coach holds you to exactly three things, pulled directly from your Blueprint. If it asks about anything else, the system is failing. Three objects. That's it.
Fixes / 47-item task list that replaces actual workA 30-day partner contract with a real reward if you both hit it and a minor painful consequence if you miss. But: one grace token per week lets you recover without breaking streak. Perfection isn't the point, recovery is the skill that matters.
Fixes / shame spiral after one bad dayYou finish the manual tonight. Day 1 ritual is at 9pm. First check-in is tomorrow at 6am. Friction is where habit systems die. We killed it upfront.
Fixes / week-long onboarding that kills momentumSome seasons need a louder coach. LFC ("Let's Fucking Close") is the opposite of the default: no-fluff, funny-harsh, 30-minute check-ins, gamified XP and streaks, ONE financial metric for 30 days. Ships inside the package.
Fixes / seasons where warm doesn't cut itYou don't need another plan. You need to actually live the one you already wrote.
Live tonight. Running tomorrow at 6am. Yours forever.

Run it for 30 days. Do the setup. Do the 9pm Day-1 ritual. Show up for the four daily touchpoints on at least 15 of the 30 days. If you get to the end and you are not a measurably better operator than when you started, email me at hi@zacdeane.com. I refund 100%. You keep the manual, the template, the prompts, the contract, and every future update. That's my risk, not yours.
There is one thing I will not refund: a purchase where you didn't actually run the system. This isn't a magic trick. If you don't show up, I can't help you, and neither can anyone else.
+ You have already written a plan you are not living: Blueprint, vision doc, OKRs, whatever you call it.
+ You're ready to commit 7 minutes a day and 30 minutes on Sunday.
+ You'll recruit one partner for 30 days: founder, friend, spouse, sibling. One human.
+ You want cadence and honest feedback, not cheerleading.
+ You've read this far because something in it sounds like your last six months.
+ You haven't written a plan yet. Build the Life Blueprint first (prompts included, so this is fixable in one sitting).
+ You want 1-on-1 coaching from a human on retainer. This is a system, not a coach.
+ You won't get a partner and you won't tell yourself the truth about it. This works solo at 40% effectiveness; don't kid yourself.
+ You want a magic bullet that fixes execution without you executing.
If you just nodded at every line on the left, $197 is the cheapest honest thing you'll do this month.
No. The Interviewer and Architect prompts are included. You can generate your Blueprint in one 45 to 90 minute sitting with Claude, then run the OS on top of it. If you already have one, you skip that step and paste it straight into the template.
Yes. Claude Pro is the minimum plan ($17/mo billed annually or $20/mo monthly) and is what I use. Pro includes Claude Desktop, Connectors (the Telegram plugin), and Claude Code, which is what powers the optional LFC ruthless-mode variant. Free tier won't have the usage or the tools. Max ($100+/mo) is only needed if you want 5 to 20x higher usage ceilings.
You can. Accountability drops roughly 60% without one. Even a loose partner, text-only, is a dramatic lift. Don't skip this step just because it's the uncomfortable one.
A template is a shape. An app is a nag. This is a full operating system: cadence, voice, coach, partner, scoreboard, recovery protocol, audit. Designed to survive the specific ways founders drop habit systems. Every piece exists because something else broke.
Run it for 30 days. Show up for at least 15 of them. If you're not a better operator at the end, email hi@zacdeane.com. Full refund. You keep the manual, the template, the prompts, and every future update. That's my risk, not yours.
I've stress-tested it on myself. It works. Now I want it pressure-tested by real humans with different lives, different work rhythms, different partners. Beta buyers get lifetime access to every future version, and the price will rise as v1.1, v1.2, v2.0 ship. Get in early.
If you buy tonight before 8:30pm: Day 1 ritual at 9pm tonight, first coach ping 6am tomorrow. Setup takes 30 to 45 minutes in the manual. If you already have a Blueprint, it's closer to 20.
$197 is the entry price for v1.0. When v1.1 ships, price goes up. When v2.0 ships, price goes to $497. Everyone who buys today keeps every future version, forever, at this one price.
Pay once. I book a setup call with you. We install your system, pair you with an accountability partner, and activate your AI coach. You leave the call running.
